Fish River Canyon, one of Namibia's most spectacular geological phenomena and, on the African continent, second in size only to the Blue Nile Gorge in Ethiopia. The Grünau area offering a scenery of grand acacia parks, bordering rocky mountains and interesting variety of animals, plants and bird life that thrive in this arid environment. The Garieb (Orange) River forms a natural frontier with Namibia’s southern neighbor South Africa.
